Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopy in the treatment of benign space occupying lesions in the uterus. Methods A total of February 2012 to June 2015 Dalate Banner, Inner Mongolia People's Hospital Application palace cavity electric cutting mirror transvaginal resection of intrauterine benign space occupying lesions of 60 patients as the research object, including uterine submucous myoma resection was performed in 25 cases, 33 cases of endometrial polyps resection, uterine mucous membrane myoma resection and uterine endometrial polyps resection in 2 cases observed effect of surgical treatment and complications of all patients incidence. Results 60 patients with in-trauterine benign space occupying lesions of patients with surgical treatment success rate was 100.00%, the operative time was 10~58 minutes, intraoperative bleeding was about 5~80 mL, operation without complications. Postoperative 6~12 hours can ambulation, hospitalization time was 3~6 days, postoperative menstrual improvement rate was 96.67%. Conclusion Hysteroscopic electric cut operation in the treatment of intrauterine benign space occupying lesions can re-tain the integrity of the uterus, less trauma, less bleeding, less pain, recovery faster, less complications and has irre-placeable superiority, it is worth clinical further promotion and reference.%目的：探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗宫内良性占位病变的疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年2月—2015年6月内蒙古达拉特旗人民医院应用宫腔电切镜经阴道切除宫腔内良性占位病变60例患者为研究对象,其中子宫粘膜下肌瘤切除术25例,子宫内膜息肉切除术33例,子宫粘膜下肌瘤切除术及子宫内膜息肉切除术2例,观察所有患者的手术治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果60例宫内良性占位病变患者采用手术治疗成功率为100.00%,手术时间10~58 min,术中出血约5~80 mL,术中无并发症发生,术后6~12 h均可下床活动,住院时间3~6 d,术后月经改善率96.67%。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗宫内良性占位病变,可以完整保留子宫、创伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少等,具有不可替代的优越性,值得在临床上进一步推广并借鉴。
