循环氢压缩机气阀故障分析

摘要

气阀是往复式压缩机的关键组件之一，直接影响压缩机的稳定运行。文章针对K401循环氢压缩机运行中发生的气阀故障进行原因分析，并提出相应应对处理措施。经过实践和摸索，解决了K401气阀泄漏问题，对装置的稳产增效意义重大。%The gas valve ( including the suction valve and the exhaust valve) is an important part of the recy-cle-hydrogen compressor, which directly affects the running of the compressor. The cause of the gas valve failure in the K401 recycle-hydrogen compressor was analyzed, and some appropriate measures was put forward. By continu-ous exploration and practice, emission of the gas valve on the K401 was solved, and it had a great significance on the stability of production and increase of benefit.
