紫外光人工加速老化箱用辐照度仪的测量原理

研制了一种新型的紫外辐照度校准系统,溯源至中国计量科学研究院(NIM).可对紫外光人工加速老化箱在波长340nm (UVA)、313nm(UVB)处进行测量、校准.该文针对该校准系统测量原理进行了阐述.%A new type of UV irradiance calibration system has introduced,which is traced to the China Institute of Metrology (NIM).This product use for measuring UV aging chamber at the wavelength of 340nm (UVA),313nm (UVB),This paper describes the calibration system for the principle of measurement.
