大豆异黄酮对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫性能、养分消化率和粪中微生物菌群的影响

         

摘要

This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of soybean isoflavone (SI) levels on growth perfor-mance, immune function, nutrient apparent digestibility and fecal microorganism in weaning piglets. A total of 240 large white weaning piglets were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 15 wean-ing piglets per replicate. Control group was fed a basal diet. Experimental groups were fed the basal diets sup-plemented with 5, 10 and 15 mg/kg SI, respectively. Advanced period was 7 days and experimental period was 28 days. The results showed as follows: 1) Compared with control group,the F/G of 15 mg/kg SI group had de-creased 0.26 (P<0.05), ADG increased 50 g (P>0.05). 2) Compared with control group,the IgA of 10 and 15 mg/kg SI groups had increased 5.98% (P<0.05) and 6.84% (P<0.05). 3) The apparent digestibility of EE had in-creased 6.18 (P<0.01) and 5.9 percentage points(P<0.01) in 10 and 15 mg/kg SI groups. The apparent digestibil-ity of CP in 10 mg/kg SI group has increased 4.2%(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of Ca of 10 and 15 mg/kg SI groups had increased 5.4 (P<0.01) and 6.53 (P<0.01) percentage points, and the apparent digestibility of P of 10 and 15 mg/kg SI groups had increased 3.02(P<0.05) and 3.1 percentage points(P<0.05). 4) The number of Bi-fidobacterium of 5 and 10 mg/kg SI group had increased 2.85(P<0.01) and 6.47(P<0.01); Colibacillus of 5 and 10 mg/kg SI groups had decreased 6.93%(P<0.05) and 11.71%(P<0.05), compared with control group. It is concluded that SI enhance the weaning piglets' growth performance, immune performance, feed digestion and uti-lization ratio and improve balanced gut microbes. The most appropriate SI additive concentration of weaning piglets is 15 mg/kg in this experiment.%试验旨在探究饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮(SI)对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫性能、养分表观消化率和粪中微生物菌群的影响. 选择(28±2)日龄、体重(11±1.12) kg大白断奶仔猪240头,按完全随机化试验设计将仔猪分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复15头猪. 对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加SI 5、10、15 mg/kg. 预试期7 d,正试期28 d. 结果显示:1)与对照组相比,15 mg/kg SI组日增重增加50 g(P>0.05),料重比降低0.26(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,10、15 mg/kg SI组分别提高断奶仔猪IgA 5.98%(P<0.05)、6.84%(P<0.05).3)粗脂肪表观消化率,10、15 mg/kg SI组分别较对照组提高6.18(P<0.01)、5.9个百分点(P<0.01),10 mg/kg SI组粗蛋白质较对照组提高4.2%(P<0.05),钙和磷,10、15 mg/kg SI组分别较对照组提高5.4(P<0.01)、6.53(P<0.01)和3.02 (P<0.05)、3.1个百分点(P<0.05).4)粪中双歧杆菌数,5、10 mg/kg SI组分别较对照组提高2.85%(P<0.01)和6.47%(P<0.01);大肠杆菌数,5、10 mg/kg SI组分别较对照组降低6.93%(P<0.05)和11.71%(P<0.05). 综上所述,在仔猪饲粮中添加SI可有效提高仔猪的生长性能、免疫性能、饲料消化利用率和改善肠道微生物平衡,综合本试验各项指标断奶仔猪较适宜的SI添加量为15 mg/kg.
