海南原产地五指山猪资源保护与开发利用

摘要

WZSP is a famous miniature breeds, originating in Hainan Province, has small size, early maturity, resistance to inbreeding, genetic stability, adaptability and other characteristics, it is an important part of the Chinese breeds diversity. This paper briefly introduces the endangered wuzhishan pig (WZSP) breeding, germplasm origin storage were determined, experimental training, molecular genetics and other basic research. The results establish a "resource protection field" as the core, combined with the dynamic conservation area conservation mode, and the advanced methods and technology to Wuzhishan protection, and foster new line of high quality to meet market demand. While the WZSP as an experimental animal model of exploitation, has been training to become Wuzhishan miniature pig closed colony and inbred populations, and conducted a preliminary study of the experimental animal model of exploration and exploitation.%五指山猪是我国著名的微型猪种,原产于海南省,具有体型小、早熟、耐近交、遗传稳定、适应性强等特点,是中国猪种多样性一个重要组成部分. 文章简要介绍了对濒临灭绝的五指山猪(WZSP)进行原产地保种繁育、种质测定、试验化培育、分子遗传学等基础性研究. 结果建立了以"资源保护场"为核心,与保种区相结合的动态保种模式,并把先进的方法和技术运用到五指山猪保护中,培育优质新品系以适应市场的需求. 同时把五指山猪作为试验动物模型进行开发利用,已培育成为五指山猪小型猪封闭群和近交群体,并进行了试验动物模型建立的初步研究和开发利用探索.
