KKK风机西门子PLC控制系统的升级改造实践

摘要

对进口KKK风机用PLC控制系统升级改造过程进行总结和分析。为尽可能减少升级改造工作对正常生产的影响，对原有的控制柜不进行整体更换，而是保留原有低压主回路元件及接线端子等部分，只对PLC相关元件进行更换，新增上位操作终端的组态，完善硬件系统的故障诊断功能。改造后PLC控制系统稳定可靠、使用简便、兼容性好，摆脱了无备件、维护困难的局面。%The updating of PLC control system for imported KKK blower is summarized and analyzed. In order tominimize the impact of the updating work on normal production, existing low-voltage main circuit components and terminals of the control panel were reserved. Only PLC-related components were replaced, configurations of upper operating terminal were added and the failure diagnosis of hardware system was improved. After updating, the PLC control system was more stable and reliable, easier to operate, more compatible, and got rid of the difficulties about spare sourcing and maintenance.
