Based on a Chinese enterprise continuous pickling line reform of practical engineering project as the research object, the remote tension control system based on PLC controller and appropriate field instrument is proposed according to the analysis of the process flow of pickling line and pickling line of tension control system, which can improve the stability of field instrument and the accuracy of control system under corrosion condition. The electronic control system consists of Siemens s7-400 series PLC main control module and ET200M remote operation module, which are connected by PROFIBUS-DP field bus. The electronic control system is designed as consisting of Siemens s7-400 series PLC main control module and ET200M remote operation module, which are connected by PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication. Siemens S120 series frequency converter is adopted for the pickling line drive system. The monitor center system screen of the upper computer is generated by WinCC configuration software. The data exchange between the monitor center and the field control device, that is PLC controller, frequency conversion speed regulation system, position servo system and tension control system, is completed through the Internet. The various types of parameters on the site can be modified by engineer through the upper computer operation interface on line, which can also be monitored in real time. The stable and reliable system is of highly accurate and safe, which is taking the lead in domestic high quality products market.
