液体三氧化硫生产与储运工艺的选择

摘要

介绍了SO3蒸发和冷凝工艺参数的选择、液体SO3成品的储存与运输、发烟硫酸混溶作业，以及环境保护等相关经验。针对液体SO3生产中出现的诸多问题，指出在液体SO3生产中要防止蒸发器产生“过度蒸发”，即控制蒸发后发烟硫酸的游离SO3质量分数不低于25％。认为采用“暖房”是解决液体SO3成品储存简易、有效的措施。%Some experiences with process parameter selection for SO3 evaporation and condensation, storage and transportation of liquid SO3 , oleum mixing and environmental protection in production of liquid sulphur trioxide are described. The importance of preventing excessive evaporation of SO3 is: emphasized. After evaporation, the mass fraction of free SO3 in oleum should not be less than 25%. Conservatory is considered as a simple and effective measure for safe storage of liquid SO3 product.
