非连续性冶炼烟气制酸系统的设计及运行实践

         

摘要

Design and operation of a sulphuric acid system based on off-gas from a modern AUSMELT lead smelter integrating oxidization, reduction and fuming stages in one furnace are described. In view of the non-continuity of off-gas in flow and concentration, a part of off-gas is drawn from the outlet of cleaning section and sent to Cansolv system for S02 absorption by amine solution. SO2 stripped during amine regeneration returns to the inlet of drying tower as required, to provide a feed gas with rather constant flow and concentration for sulphuric acid plant. The sulphuric acid plant is designed to operate in a single-contact process and its tail gas is absorbed by lean amine solution to reduce SO2 concentration to less than 400 mg/m3 for emission. The key design points of the plant are the split ratio of off-gas from cleaning section and buffering capacity of amine solution.%介绍了集氧化、还原、烟化过程为一体的现代奥斯麦特铅冶炼炉烟气制酸系统的设计与运行实践。针对烟气流量和浓度不连续的特点,从净化系统出口分流出一部分烟气送到Cansolv系统,用胺液吸收其中的SO_2;然后根据干燥塔进口烟气的SO_2浓度将胺液再生解吸出的SO_2补充到烟气中,形成流量和浓度较为稳定的烟气,送入硫酸装置生产硫酸。硫酸装置采用一转一吸工艺,尾气用贫胺液吸收至ρ(SO_2)400 mg/m~3以下排放。该装置的设计关键是净化出口的分流比例和胺液的缓冲能力。
