天然气净化厂产品气二氧化碳含量影响因素及调整措施

摘要

The influence factors of carbon dioxide in product gas are analyzed in combination with the production situation of Pu-guang natural gas purification plant.The results show that the circulation of amine and the gas amount of raw material are the main fac-tors,and the temperature of the poor liquid and the number of amine into the column are the secondary factors.In order to better control the CO2content,the adjustment measures are put forward from the normal working conditions and the very normal operating conditions, so as to ensure the quality of the product gas and the smooth operation of the device.%结合普光天然气净化厂生产情况,分析产品气二氧化碳含量影响因素.结果表明:胺液循环量及原料气量为主要影响因素,贫液入塔温度及胺液入塔层数为次要影响因素.为了更好控制CO2含量,从正常工况和非正常工况的角度提出调整措施,保证产品气质量以及装置的平稳运行.
