电解硫化氢制氢气和硫磺的影响因素研究

         

摘要

With Fe2(SO4)3/FeSO4sulphuric acid solution as the absorption liquid and gas mixture of H2S and N2as raw material gas,in the test device for decomposition of hydrogen sulfide hydrogen and sulphur on the effect of gas velocity ratio,gas velocity,gas phase H2S content,factors of ion content and reaction temperature affect the absorption rate and liquid phase the absorption rate of hy-drogen sulfide are investigated.The results show that the optimum flow rate for the gas-liquid ratio of the device is 1/10,liquid flow rate was 55/550 L/h,the gas phase with high H2S content is conducive to the absorption of Fe3+in liquid phase content is higher,the lower the content of H+is conducive to the absorption of Fe2+concentration on the absorption is not affected,The increase of junction tempera-ture is beneficial to the oxidation and absorption of Fe3+to H2S.%以含Fe2(SO4)3/FeSO4的硫酸溶液为吸收液,H2S和N2的混合气为原料气,在硫化氢分解制氢气和硫磺的试验装置上考察了气液流速比、气液流速、气相中H2S含量、液相中各种离子含量以及反应温度等主要因素对硫化氢吸收率和吸收速率的影响.结果表明:适合本装置的最佳气液流速比为1/10、气/液流速为55/550 L/h,气相中H2S含量高有利于吸收,液相中Fe3+含量越高、H+含量越低越有利于吸收,Fe2+的浓度对吸收影响不大,温度升高有利于Fe3+对H2S的氧化吸收.
