硫酸装置防雷措施的实践与探讨

摘要

The reform and effect of lightning protection measures in sulphuric acid plant are introduced.By replenishing main turbin blower of the sulphuric acid plant with equipotential grounding,chimneys with lightning rod,especially by self-maded anti surge circuits used instead of the imported surge modules,the turbine tripping problem by lightning is solved,and the lightning protection per-formance of the whole plant is increased.The plant has been running steadily for more than 3 years in the thunderstorm.%介绍了硫酸装置防雷措施的改造和效果.通过对主透平风机补充等电位接地,对烟囱补充避雷针,特别是采用电子元件自制抗浪涌电路代替原进口浪涌保护器整改后,透平遇雷击易跳停的问题得到了解决,整个装置防雷效果得到提高.至今装置已平稳运行3年多时间.
