五种重金属胁迫对白三叶和红三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

     

摘要

通过发芽试验探讨镉、锰、铅、铜、锌五种重金属离子胁迫对海发白三叶和红三叶种子萌发的影响。结果表明:海发白三叶和红三叶较耐镉和锰,铅、铜和锌次之。在国家土壤三级标准的镉离子浓度和800 mg·L-1锰离子浓度胁迫下仍有80%以上的发芽率,且幼苗均能保持较好活性。高浓度重金属离子对两种三叶草胚轴和胚根生长有显著抑制,红三叶发芽率整体略优于海发白三叶;两种三叶草均适合于镉、锰污染的土壤修复。%Effects of five kinds of heavy metal stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Trifolium repens andT. pratensewere studied by germination test, aimed to provide a reference for the study of the applications ofTrifolium in heavy metal contaminated soil. The results showed that Haifa (a cultivar ofT. repens)andT. pratensehad better tolerance to Cd2+ and Mn2+, than to Pb2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+.They had over 80% germination rate under the III grade standard concentration of Cd2+or under 800 mg·L-1Mn2+, and the seedlings still maintained good vitality.High concentration of heavy metal ions stress had significant inhibition on the growth of embryo and hypocotyl, andT. pratensehad better germination rate than Haifa. These two species ofTrifoliumcould be applied for Cd-Mn contaminated soil restoration.
