通过对雷公藤野生种质资源的收集、繁殖、保存，已在福建省大田县桃源国有林场建成种质资源圃0．5hm2，共收集9个省（区）的33个种源。本文阐述了雷公藤种质资源圃营建的步骤、方法，分析了营建效果。%33 provenances of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F were collected from 8 provinces which contains the main distribution atea of T. wilfordii in China. 0.5 ha germplasm resources nursery have been built in Taoyuan state-owned forest farm in Datian County of Fujian Procince based on the collection, reproduction and conservation of the wild germplasm resources of T. wilfordii. In this ar- ticle, the steps and methods of establishment techniques of germplesm resources nursery of T. wilfordii have been described and the effects of the germplasm resources nursery have been discussed for providing reference for preservation of the germplasm resources of T. wilfordii, and it is base for the selective improved variety of T. wilfordii.
