滤减UV-B辐射对不同烤烟品种化学成分的影响

             

摘要

The effects of reduced UV-B radiation on chemical components of tobacco cultivars K326, Hongda, NC71 and NC297 were studied at fast growing stage, physiological maturity stage, and technical maturity stage by comparative experiment of natural environment (CK) and canopy iflm-covering to reduce UV-B radiation (T) in higher-altitude tobacco-growing area of Yunnan. The results showed that reducing UV-B radiation reduced the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, the ratio of sugaricotine and K/Cl, but increased nicotine and chlorine. Compared with the other three varieties, the nicotine content, the potassium content, the ratio of sugaricotine and nitrogenicotine of K326 were closer to the appropriate range of values of high-quality lfue-cured tobacco.%通过大田自然环境(CK)和大棚覆膜滤减UV-B辐射(T)对比试验,研究了云南高海拔烟区滤减UV-B辐射对K326、红花大金元、NC71和NC297等烤烟品种在旺长期、生理成熟期和工艺成熟初期烘烤后烟叶化学成份的影响。结果表明,减弱UV-B辐射处理降低了各品种总糖、还原糖含量,糖碱比和钾氯比,提高了烟碱和氯含量。与其它三个品种相比,K326的烟碱、钾含量、糖碱比、氮碱比更接近于优质烟叶的适值范围。
