从动漫的基本特征出发,结合国内外动漫产业发展的实践经验，分析说明了我国科普动漫产业发展的整体状况和发展前景。并就目前我国建立科普音像（影视和动漫）事业与产韭结合机制的专题，提出了市场化与专业化途径的建议。%Starting from the basic characteristics of animation ＆ cartoon, combined with the development of domestic animation industry experience, it shows that the overall development of popular science animation industry status and development prospects. China has so far established the mechanism to integrate popular science audio-visual （video and animation） undertaking and commercial industry, therefore it also gives some suggestions on marketlization and professionalization.
