转接件动特性分析与结构改进

         

摘要

A connecter had been designed and produced, in order to add a torsion direction force on the model production. The mode experiment had been summarized, and the dynamic characteristics of the connecter with different design had been analyzed. By some numerical examples, the connecters had shear holes or not were compared, sharp of the section upon the frequency, stress and displacement were also discussed. The conclusions of the connecter improving design had been advanced. The analysis method and conclusions provided in the paper would be valuable to optimal design for connecter.%为了对某型号试验件施加扭转方向的激力,设计加工了一个转接件.对模态试验进行简介,对不同设计的转接件进行动特性分析.通过典型算例进行了有无剪切孔转接件的对比,讨论了截面形状对转接件频率、应力、位移的影响,并提出转接件设计改进的结论.文中提出的方法和所得结论对转接件设计具有参考价值.
