CZ-5大型结构及低温贮箱静强度试验技术研究

         

摘要

CZ-5新一代运载火箭结构静强度试验的特点是高载荷大尺寸、捆绑载荷、低温贮箱.本文介绍了型号研制过程中静强度试验领域关键技术,主要包括:地基平衡和自平衡相结合的承力系统及高载荷大尺寸结构静力试验方法;大型贮箱低温应变计粘贴工艺研究和低温静力试验测试技术;以及设计一套开放式的超低温(-196℃、)环境下焊接试片拉伸试验及全场数据分析系统,并获得了低温贮箱焊接试片的焊缝区、熔合区、母材区域的低温力学性能.为新一代大运载火箭结构静强度试验提供技术支撑.%Static strength experiments in CZ-5, the Next Generation Launch Vehicle, feature massive payload capacity, large vehicle size, strap-on payload and low temperature propellant tank. In this paper, we introduce key techniques in CZ-5 static strength experiments, including bearing capacity by combining subgrade and self balance, using structural static method in large vehicle and payload capacity, attaching hypothermic strain gauge and conducting static tests on large low-temperature propellant tank, developing open source solder stretching experiment and data analysis under extremely low temperature environment (-196℃). The system above obtained parameters on joints, melting zone and adjoining piece of a low temperature propellant tank. These experiments method aim to provide technical support for static strength research in the next generation heavy lift launch vehicle system.
