差示分光光度法测定毛冬青总黄酮含量

摘要

OBJECTIVE To establish a methodf for determination of total flavonoids in Ilex pu-bescens.METHODS The sample measured by differential spectrophotometry directly without separa-tion.RESULTS The linear range was 0.2~1.2μg・ mL-1,the regression equation:D(510)=0.6181ρ-0.0279, R2 =0.9986 ,the average recovery and RSD were 99.7% and 0.47%.CONCLUSION The differential spectro-photometry is simple , fast and accurate , which is suitable for determination of total flavonoid in applies Ilex pu-bescens.%目的：建立测定毛冬青中总黄酮的含量的方法。方法采用差示分光光度法，不经分离直接测定。结果线性范围0．2～1．2μg・mL －1，回归方程D（510）＝0．6181ρ－0．0279，R2＝0．9986，平均回收率和 RSD分别为96．93％，RSD＝2．17％。结论差示分光光度法操作简便、快捷、精准，适用于毛冬青中总黄酮类物质的含量测定。
