高效液相色谱法测定三七脂肝丸的人参皂苷Rg1含量

摘要

目的 用高效液相色谱法测定三七脂肝丸中的皂苷含量. 方法 采用大连依利特-C8(4.6 ×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(25:75),检测波长:203nm. 结果 经方法学验证,该方法准确度、精密度、耐用性良好. 结论 该方法适宜于本品的含量测定.%OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Sanqizhigan pill.METHODS Chromatographic condition were:using Hyper C8 column(250mm ×4.6mm),aceto-nitrile-0.05%phosiphoric acid =25:75 as mobile phase with 1.0mL · min -1 of flow rate, and detecting at 203nm.RESULTS This method is accurate,simple and sensitive.CONCLUSION This method can be used for the quality control of Sanqizhigan pill.
