恢复期精神障碍者用药后驾车与常人驾车交通事故发生率的对照研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE In order to avoid and decrease the drug-driving happen ,we investigated the basic driv-ing information and risk factors in convalescent patients with mental disorder after medication .METHODS Using the retrospective survey to analysis of driving information in convalescent patients with mental disorder after medica -tion and discussing the risk factors in traffic accidents compare with health person .RESULTS According to risk factors in the two groups ,there is a significant difference (χ2 =15.93 ,P=0.043 ) between after medication driving accounts 40.91%in drug-drivers and over-speed accounts 50%in health person.CONCLUSION Suggesting that no driving is allowed after taking hypnotics especially those who have side effects before .Specialist Physicians and pharmacists should strengthen the guidance of safety medicine .Meanwhile ,the drug-drivers also should enhance the awareness of safety driving to avoid the traffic accidents .%目的：探讨恢复期精神障碍者用药后驾车的基本情况及危险因素，以期避免和减少药驾的发生提供依据。方法对173例恢复期精神障碍者用药后驾车资料进行回顾性调查分析，并与常人驾车交通事故发生率进行对照研究。结果从两组驾车发生危险概率看，服药驾驶组主要是药驾占40．91％，常人驾车组主要是超速驾车占50％，驾车危险因素两组之间的差异有非常显著的统计学意义（χ2＝15．93，P＝0．043）。结论服用安眠类药物尤其是平时就有不良药物反应的不能驾车，医师药师应加强安全用药指导，药驾者自己应提高安全驾车意识。
