单侧完全性唇腭裂患者下颌骨对称性的三维分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the mandibular asymmetry in patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate (UCLP)who didn′t have palatoplasty before 17 years old.Methods 9 patients (4 males and 5 females)with unilateral complete cleft lip and pal-ate (UCLP)were selected,who had lip repair before 5 years old and didn′t have palatoplasty before 17 years old.7 variables were measured with three-dimensional (3D)CT reconstructed images using a 3D visualization and analyzing program.The differences be-tween the cleft side and the healthy side were evaluated statistically.Results The distances of Co-Go and Cor-Go were bigger in the cleft side than those in the non-cleft side.The ∠Co′-Co-Me was bigger in the cleft side than that in the healthy side,while the other measurements in the cleft side were smaller than those in the healthy side.Conclusions No significant asymmetry was found on the mandible in patients with UCLP who didn′t have palatoplasty before 17 years old.%目的：三维分析成年期前未行腭裂修复术的单侧完全性唇腭裂患者（UCLP）的下颌骨形态对称性。方法对9例5岁前完成唇裂修复术、成年前未行腭裂修复术的 UCLP 患者进行螺旋 CT 扫描、三维重建，选择7个下颌骨标志点进行定点测量，分析下颌骨的三维形态。结果成年前未行腭裂修复术 UCLP 患者下颌骨各个部位都存在一定程度的不对称，其中 Co －Go、Cor －Go、∠Co′－Co －Me 裂侧大于健侧；其他各指标裂侧均小于健侧。但配对 t 检验提示裂侧与健侧测量值相比均无显著性差异（P >0．05）。结论成年前未行腭裂修复术的 UCLP 患者下颌骨无明显不对称。
