高温后矩形镀锌钢管短柱压缩性能研究

     

摘要

To study the compression properties of square galvanized steel pipe, specimens were tested under quasi-static test. The influencing parameters, such as slenderness ratio, steel pipe thickness, high temperature were also investigated. Based on the test results, the uniaxial compression curves of square galvanized steel pipe were analyzed. It was found that the uniaxial compression curves of square galvanized steel pipe was mainly composed of elastic phase and yielding phase, the phenomenon of a peak of the compression curve corresponding to a folding of the compression of the galvanized steel tube was also observed. The ultimate compression strength of square galvanized steel pipe decreased by the the increase of temperature. Compared with theoretical formula, the bearing capacity of the specimens were basically consistent with the theoretical formula.%为了研究镀锌钢管高温后的压缩性能,设计并制作了一批试样,对其进行压缩试验.通过对不同温度镀锌钢管进行压缩试验,分析长细比、钢管厚度和温度等参数对其压缩性能的影响.分析发现:镀锌钢管扭转曲线分为弹性阶段和屈服平台阶段,压缩曲线的一个峰值对应镀锌钢管压缩的一个褶皱,且镀锌钢管压缩屈服强度随着受热温度升高而降低.将高温前后镀锌钢管的承载力与理论计算式进行比较发现,试验测试承载能力与理论公式基本一致.
