西安高新区战略性新兴产业创新能力评价研究

摘要

Strategic emerging industries were provided with strategic ,growth and innovation ,and the soul of its development is technological innovation ,so study its ability to innovate is important .Integrated use of factor analysis and cluster analysis in this article Xi'an High-tech Zone seven strategic emerging industries 24 industry segments to evaluate innovation ability ,the results show innovation capacity mainly expressed as conversion ability ,support ability and achieve ability .Based on the evaluation results ,this paper classified the industry into three types ,that is leading type ,dominant type and potential type .For this ,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations .%战略性新兴产业具有战略性、成长性和创新性，科技创新是其发展的灵魂，研究其创新能力具有重要意义。综合运用因子分析和聚类分析对西安高新区七大战略性新兴产业24个细分行业创新能力进行评价，结果显示创新能力主要体现为创新转化能力、创新保障能力和创新实现能力。根据评价结果将产业划分为领先型、优势型和潜力型产业，在此基础上提出相关政策建议。
