西安市空气污染问题已经严重阻碍"大西安"成为国际化大都市的进程.但目前鲜有文献对其机动车限行政策实施的有效性进行系统且严谨的识别.通过收集2016年西安市机动车限行期间的空气质量指数(AQI)数据及合成空气质量指数的单项污染物浓度数据,应用描述性统计法、单差法、断点回归法与双重差分法等分析方法,对西安市机动车限行政策对西安市空气质量指数及单项污染物浓度的实际影响进行分析.在控制其他影响因素后,研究发现,除臭氧(O 3)指标外,空气质量指数及其他单项污染物浓度并没有因为机动车限行政策的实施而出现明显的下降趋势.机动车限行政策的实施虽不能有效降低空气污染程度,但可以相对减缓空气污染进一步加重的速度.%The problem of air pollution in Xi'an city has been a serious impediment to the "big Xi'an"becoming the international metropolis .But there were few literature systematic study the effect of motor limit .In this paper ,empirical study is taken by using daily air quality index (AQI) data and concentration data of Xi'an city in 2016 .Through the use of descriptive statistics method ,single difference method , regression method and double difference method found driving restriction policies had little impact on air pollution concentrations ,but can relieve the rate of pollution increased speed .
