ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014中地板-鞋束系统检测方法修订探究

摘要

The test method of flooring-footwear system has been revised in ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014, which not only requires the resistance value of the system to be less than 1-109Ω, but also requires to control the body voltage less than 100V. This paper explains the relationship between the system resistance and body voltage through experiment and data analysis, and further illustrates the necessity of test method revision and the importance of body voltage test in EPA.%本文主要通过一些实验和实验数据解释说明地板—鞋束系统的电阻值与人体静电电压没有直接的线性关系，进一步说明检测方法修订的必要性，强调在EPA内测试人体电压的重要性。
