运用定性与定量结合的AHP—SWOT为基本分析框架,对江浙地区体育用品产业集群区域品牌发展的战略优势与劣势、机会与威胁进行识别,进而运用AHP对SWOT因素进行定量测度。研究结果表明:江浙地区体育用品产业集群区域品牌发展战略SWOT影响程度为:w(劣势)〉0(机遇)〉S(优势)〉T(威胁)。最后,针对性地提出相应发展的策略。%This paper, first of all, make use of AHP-SWOT method to distinguish advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and threat which exist in Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province. Then use AHP to make a quantitative analysis for SWOT factors. The results show that weak 〉 opportunity 〉 strengths 〉 threats. Finally, puts forward specif- ic development strategies.
