基于FTIR技术金花茶组植物物种鉴定研究

         

摘要

FTIR spectra from 16 kinds of Camellia Sect. Chrysantha by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) method combined with the system clustering and correlation coefficient method were used to analyze and compare these spectral data. The results show that: Camellia Sect. Chrysantha of 16 kinds were divided into three groups, the first kind was: C. long-zhouensis etc, in all eleven kinds; The second kind was: C. achrysantha, C. limonia, C. pingguoensis and C. chuongtsoensis; The third kind was C. microcarpa, which for a class alone. According to the difference in related anatomy and morphology, this study supported that C. longgangensis and C. ptilosperma should be incorporated into one kind; C. multipetala, C. longgan-gensis, C. parvipetala, C. tunghinensis and C. limonia, C. achrysantha, C. microcarpa, C. nitidissima, C. terminalis and C. pingguoensis should be divided into separate species. FTIR-cluster analysis can be used as a possible means for the identification of Camellia Sect Chrysantha.%利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法获得16种金花茶组植物的FTIR光谱图,结合系统聚类和相关性系数法对所得光谱数据进行分析比较.结果表明:16种金花茶组植物可分为3个类群,第一类是:龙州金花茶等11种;第二类是中东金花茶、柠檬金花茶、平果金花茶及崇左金花茶;第三类仅小果金花茶一种.结合相关形态解剖学等方面的差异,该研究支持将弄岗金花茶与毛籽金花茶归并为一个种;直脉金花茶、弄岗金花茶、小瓣金花茶、东兴金花茶、柠檬金花茶、中东金花茶、小果金花茶、金花茶、顶生金花茶与平果金花茶各自划分为独立种.FTIR-聚类分析法可以作为金花茶组植物物种鉴定的一种可行性手段.
