镶嵌屏蔽剂室内合成及评价

         

摘要

Using acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methylpro panesulfonic acid and reagents A as raw materials to synthesis the mosaic screening agent.Determining the optimum synthesis conditions of the mosaic screening agent by single factor experiment and evaluating its interior fluid loss and sealing properties.The experiment results show that the optimum synthesis conditions of the mosaic screening agent was the concentration of monomer was 30%,the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,the concentration of initiator was 0.6% and the concentration of reagents A was 50%;the mosaic screening agent has good sealing properties and fluid loss properties,0.5 % of the mosaic screening agent,the depth of invasion in 40-60 mesh sand layer was 5.9 cm and in 80-100 mesh sand layer was 2.3 cm,the API fluid loss was 8.5 mL;if the mosaic screening agent,sulfonated asphalt and CMC were compounded which could significantly improve the sealing properties,fluid loss properties,the temporary blocking rate and recovery rate,this explained that the mosaic screening agent,sulfonated asphalt and CMC had good synergistic interaction which could prevent the drilling fluid and the solid particles to invade the oil and gas reservoir porosity,to reduce the injury of oil and gas reservoir.%以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和刚性粒子A为原料,经聚合及交联合成壳核结构产物作为镶嵌屏蔽剂.通过单因素实验确定了合成的最佳实验条件,并对其降滤失性和封堵性能进行室内评价.实验结果表明,合成最佳实验条件为单体浓度30%、反应温度40℃、刚性材料A浓度50%;合成的镶嵌屏蔽剂具有较好的封堵性和降滤失性,0.5%镶嵌屏蔽剂在40~60目砂层侵入深度为5.9 cm,80~100目砂层侵入深度为2.3 cm,API滤失量为8.5 mL;能有效阻止钻井液流体和固相颗粒侵入油气储层孔隙,减少钻井液对储层的伤害.
