饲养天蚕温度与幼虫生长发育的研究

     

摘要

采用20℃、25℃和30℃,稚蚕1~3龄期,相对湿度70%,大蚕4~5龄期,相对湿度75%,饲养天蚕幼虫,探讨天蚕幼虫在不同温度下的食叶量、消化量以及消化率,对天蚕幼虫的生长发育速度以及茧质等方面进行试验调查.结果表明:25℃区的各项指标优于30℃区和20℃区.5龄期叶丝转化率,雌、雄平均茧层率25℃区8.0%>30℃区7.5%>20℃区6.7%.可确认适宜的饲养温度:1~3龄的稚蚕为25℃~28℃,湿度70%; 4~5龄的大蚕为22℃~24℃,湿度为75%.%The growth rate of Giant silkworm larvae and the cocoon qualities were investigated to discuss the amount of eating and digesting leaves and the digestibility on the temperatures at 20℃, 25 and 30℃; and the relative humidity at 70% using young Giant silkworm 1 ~3 instars, and at 75% using grown Giant silkworm 4~5 instars. The results showed that the larvae at 25℃ district were better than at 30℃ and 20℃. The conversion rate of leaf to silk at the age of 5 instars, which is the average rate of the male and female cocoon shell and the highest was 8.0% at 25℃ district, the second was 7.5% at 30℃ and the worst was 6.7% at 20℃. So that the raising temperatures of the young Giant silkworm at the age of 1~3 instars were between 25℃ ~28℃; the relative humidity of the young Giant silkworm was 70% and the grown Giant silkworm 4~5 instars was 75% were the conclusions.
