东北铁线莲化学成分研究

摘要

东北铁线莲干燥根石油醚萃取部分经反复柱层析共分离得到4个化合物,根据其理化性质及波谱数据分析鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、木栓酮(3)、表木栓醇(4).其中化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到.%Four compounds, β -sitosterol (1), stigmasterol (2), friedelin (3), epifriedelanol (4), were isolated by using column chromatography from the dry roots of clematis manshurica Rupr. Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Compound 4 was obtained from this plant for the first time.
