液相色谱法测定复方保健酒中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘要

建立复方保健酒中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法.采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)；流动相乙腈-水(24∶76)；流速1.0mL/min;柱温30C;检测波长270 nm;进样量10μL.淫羊藿苷在0.044～0.354μg范围内的线性关系良好(r =0.999),平均回收率98.52％,RSD1.33％.此法准确度高、重现性好、专属性强,可用于样品中淫羊藿苷含量的测定.%To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in functional wine.Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18 column(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm) was used with acetonitrile-H2O(24∶76) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,detecting wavelength was 270nm,and column temperature was 30℃.Icariin had a good linear in the range of 0.044-0.354μg(r =0.999);the average recovery was 98.52％ with RSD of 1.33％.The method was simple,rapid and accurate,which can be applied for the determination of icariin in functional wine.
