四种微生物菌剂对老参地人参产量和质量的影响

To study the effects of microbial agents on the yield and quality of ginseng ,four agents with different concentrations were applied in continuous cultivating field soil and it could provide a scientific basis to improve continuous cultivating field ,in order to realize sustainable use of old ginseng soil resources .The results indicated that Prebiotic Agents of 400g/m2 (A2) and“5406”Agents(C2) of 50g/m2 treatments ,yield of ginseng increased more significantly than control .2g/m2 of Bacillus Agents and 50g/m2 of“5406”Agents ,the quality of ginseng was better than control .The content of Rg1+Re and Rb1 increased more significantly respectively .However ,considering the yield and quality of ginseng ,the 50g/m2 of“5406”Agents is recommended in the Panax ginseng continuous cultivating field ,in order to improve the yield and ensure the quality of ginseng .%研究了4种微生物菌剂对老参地人参产量和质量的影响，为老参地改良、实现老参地资源可持续利用提供科学依据。结果表明，施入400g／m2益生元菌剂（A2）和50g／m2“5406”菌剂（C2），人参产量较对照提高显著；施入2g／m2多粘芽孢杆菌菌剂（D2）和50g／m2“5406”菌剂（C2），人参品质较好，Rg1＋ Re和Rb1含量分别较对照提高显著。综合考虑人参产量和质量，建议施入“5406”菌剂50g／m2（C2）对老参地进行改良，在提高人参产量的同时保证人参高品质。
