装配式剪力墙槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪承载力研究

     

摘要

According to shear mechanism of rabbet-unbond horizontal connection,the shear bearing capacity formula was put forward considering the shear effect of grout,axial compression ratio and connecting reinforcement.The finite element simulation was validated with the test results of flat interface joint.After that,correctness of this formula was verified according to the simulation method.Influence regular of alveolar number on the each part of formula was analyzed.The shear bearing capacity formula of rabbet-unbond horizontal connection was compared with that of flat interface joint.The results show that shear bearing capacity of rabbet-unbond horizontal connection increases with the increase of alveolar number,among which,the shear bearing capacity rate of compression strut increases,shear friction ratio of slip surface and shear bearing capacity ratio of connecting reinforcement decreases.The shear bearing capacity of rabbet-unbond horizontal connection is much greater than that of fiat interface joint.%根据槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪机理,考虑接缝处灌浆料、轴压比及连接钢筋的抗剪作用,提出该接缝的抗剪承载力计算公式.利用常规接缝的试验结果验证有限元模拟正确后,参考该模拟方法验证槽口-无粘结水平接缝抗剪承载力计算公式的正确性.分析槽口数量对公式各部分承载力的影响规律,并与常规接缝的抗剪承载力进行对比,结果表明:随着槽口数量的增加,槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪承载力增加,其中,斜压杆的抗剪承载力比例增加,滑移面的剪切摩擦力比例与连接钢筋的抗剪承载力比例均减小;槽口-无粘结水平接缝的抗剪承载力比常规接缝的抗剪承载力提高很多.
