框架式高塔设备风载体型系数和风压干扰数值模拟

     

摘要

Framed high-column is a special high-rise structure composed of frame and column vessel in petro-chemical engineering,which is sensitive to wind.In this paper CFD was used for the numerical simulation of computational wind tunnel test for this structure.The wind pressure distribution and shape coefficient for this type of structure were obtained and compared against related codes and literature.The mutual interfere effect of wind pressure between frame and column were studied.The result of study reveals that there is an interference between frame and column under different wind directions.Under zero-degree wind direction,the shape coefficient is 0.50 for column,1.79 for frame,and 1.08 for integration shape,whereas under 45-degree wind direction,the shape coefficient is 0.37 for column,1.74 for frame,and 1.23 for integration shape;The interfere effect of wind pressure between frame and column reaches its maximum under 45-degree wind direction.%石化类框架式高塔设备是一种由框架和高塔组合所形成的特殊高耸风敏感结构.本文采用CFD技术对其进行了计算风洞试验数值模拟,获得了此类组合结构的风压分布特征和局部与整体体型系数,并与规范和相关文献资料进行了对比,研究分析了组合结构中框架与塔的风压相互干扰作用.模拟结果和分析表明,框架和塔体之间在不同风向角的作用下,两者之间均存在着相互干扰影响;0°风向角下塔体的体型系数为0.50,框架为1.79,整体体型系数为1.08;45°风向角下塔体的体型系数为0.37,框架为1.74,整体体型系数为1.23.在45°风向角下框架和塔体之间的风压干扰影响为最大.
