通过对钢带热处理过程脱碳机理的研究,系统地分析了钢带在罩式炉、氨分解气保护情况下,退火脱碳产生的原因。从设备方面、操作方面和工艺方面进行了分析、试验,提出了设备改进方案,对操作方法和热处理工艺进行了优化,取得了明显的成效,脱碳层深度超标情况大幅减少,产品脱碳情况基本达到国家标准,提高了冷带产品实物质量。%Based on the research on the decarburization mechanism of steel strip during heat treatment, the reasons for decarburization of the steel strip in bell-type annealing furnace protected by ammonia decomposition gas were systematically analyzed. The analysis and test were made in terms of equipment, operation and produc-tion process, thus the improvement ways of the equipment were proposed, which included operation and heat treatment process. After improvement, unqualified decarburization depth was greatly reduced and the decarburi-zation essentially met the national standard.
