12Cr13钢低倍酸洗贯裂原因分析及改进

             

摘要

During production of 12Cr13 steel, through cracks were often found on both edge sides of mac⁃ro-etched samples. Based on its analysis, the reasons were found out. By means of diffusion annealing at high tem⁃perature, theδ-ferrites were dissolved and the through-cracks susceptibility during etching was reduced.%  文章对连轧生产12Cr13过程中,不时在低倍酸洗时,出现的试样两面边部裂纹贯裂原因进行了分析,找出该种裂纹形成原因,通过采取高温扩散退火溶解δ铁素体,从而有效改善酸洗贯裂纹的影响。
