步进式板坯加热炉传动机构劣化过程分析及改进设计

摘要

分析传统步进炉传动机构存在的缺点及劣化过程，结合攀钢集团长城特殊钢股份有限公司扁平材厂步进炉传动机构存在的问题，提出改进设计。通过改进，提高了步进炉传动机构的可靠性和可维修性，对类似步进炉的改造具有借鉴意义。%This paper analyzed the shortcomings of the driving mechanism and the deterioration process of the tra⁃ditional walking-beam furnace. Aimed at the problems of the driving mechanism of the walking-beam furnace in Flat Steel Plant, the new design was proposed. After modification, the realiability and maintainability of the driving mecha⁃nism of the walking-beam furnace were improved, which provides reference for the revamp of the similar furnaces.
