TC11钛合金锻棒低倍白亮块缺陷分析与探讨

         

摘要

Aimed at eliminating the defect of white bright band in forged bars from TC11 titanium alloy, the morphology of the band was observed and analyzed with the help of metallographic microscope and scanning electron scope. Furthermore, the compositions of the white bright band and matrix were analyzed with energy spectrometer. The results showed that the white bright band during macro-examination was caused by the segregation of elements Al, Mo, Zr and Si, and the segregation was resulted from the non-uniformly mixed raw materials;the room temperature tensile property of the sample taken from the white bright band found was worse than that of the sample from the normal section.%针对TC11锻棒中的低倍白亮块缺陷,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜进行了微观形貌分析,并采用能谱仪对白亮块及基体进行了成分分析,得出如下结论:TC11锻棒中的低倍白亮块缺陷是由于Al、Mo、Zr、Si合金元素的偏析所致,而偏析产生的原因为混料不均匀;白亮块缺陷处的材料室温拉伸性能指标远低于正常部位的指标.
