研究了不同热处理工艺对TC4钛合金棒材的显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:TC4合金普通退火在空冷条件下为等轴组织,初生α含量占60%~70%;固溶时效后的组织为双态组织,初生α含量占35%~50%.拉伸试验研究表明,采用960℃/1h/水冷+730℃/2h/空冷条件下,可实现合金强度、塑形、韧性的较好匹配,获得优良的综合性能.%The effects of different heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy bar were studied in this paper. The results showed that the TC4 alloy was equiaxed structure under the condition of air cooling, and the content of primary α was 60 %~70 %. After solid solution aging, the TC4 was bina-ry organization, and the content of primary α was 35 %~50 %. The tensile test results showed that under the condi-tion of 960℃/1h/water cooling+730℃/2h/air cooling, the strength, shape and toughness of the alloy could be well matched, and the excellent comprehensive properties could be obtained.
