稠油油藏尿素辅助蒸汽驱油数值模拟研究

     

摘要

针对河南油田泌浅10块超稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐开发末期地层压力低、回采水效率低、井间剩余油多等特点,根据尿素辅助蒸汽驱油机理,在蒸汽中添加尿素以改善蒸汽驱的开发效果.利用物理模拟方法,建立了尿素分解模型,求取了分解反应动力学参数;利用数值模拟方法,建立了尿素辅助蒸汽驱数值模型,并进行了驱油机理分析.数值模拟结果表明,尿素辅助蒸汽驱是稠油油藏高轮次吞吐后进一步提高采收率的有效技术,可在蒸汽驱基础上提高采收率6.8个百分点.%In the late life of cyclic steam stimulation for ultra-heavy oil reservoirs in the Biqian 10 block of Henan oilfield, reservoir pressure is low, water recovery rate is low, and interwell remaining oil is abundant. Based on the mechanism of urea-assisted steam flooding, urea is added into steam to improve steam flooding effect. A urea decomposition model is established through physical simulation to derive the kinetic parameters of decomposition reaction; and a numerical model of urea-assisted steam flooding is established to analyze oil displacement mechanism. The results of numerical simulation show that urea-assisted steam flooding is an effective way of enhancing heavy oil recovery after multiple cycles of steam stimulation, can further improve the recovery factor by 6. 8%.
