无机微粒交联聚合物凝胶深部封窜调剖剂ZDH的实验评价

         

摘要

Water channeling has become a serious problem in Chengdong oilfield after long time of water flooding, and ZDH profile control agent which is an inorganic particle crosslinked polymer gel has been developed for blocking deep channeling. Laboratory experiment on reservoir adaptability and blocking performance has been conducted to ensure field applicability of ZDH. The experiment result shows that ZDH is capable of blocking deep channeling under reservoir conditions of 60 -80? temperature and 5 000-11 000 mg/L salinity; it can increase the strength and thermal stability of the channeling blocking system with blocking strength = 5 MPa/m and indoor stable time over 180 days; it has stronger blocking ability for single core with bigger permeability difference, and has obvious effect of profile control and oil displacement for heterogeneous parallel cores without interlayer. Field test results show that ZDH injection can increase water injection pressure by 1.8 MPa, and increase corresponding oil well production by 475 t.%为改善埕东油田因长期注水开采导致的水窜严重现象,研制了1种无机微粒交联聚合物凝胶深部封窜调剖剂 ZDH.为确保ZDH在现场开采中的实际应用性,对其进行了地层适应性及封堵性能的实验室研究.室内评价结果表明,ZDH能够满足温度60~80℃、矿化度5000~11 000 mg/L油藏条件的深部封窜的要求;可增加封窜体系强度和热稳定性;封堵强度≥5MPa/m,室内稳定时间大于180 d;对渗透率差异较大的单管岩心均具有较强的封堵能力,对无隔层非均质并联岩心具有明显的调驱能力.现场试验结果表明,ZDH的注入可使注水井注水压力增加1.8 MPa,使对应油井增油475 t,开发效果显著.
