水平井均衡流入控水技术

         

摘要

In the process of horizontal well production, edge/bottom water coning is a common issue due to varied porosity and per-meability in different intervals of horizontal wells. Based on the principle of circuit simulated regulation, 4 uniform flow control elements such as slotted liner, screen-blank tubing combination, throttling nozzle and capillary as well as their optimal design have been introduced through research on the control elements on horizontal well completion pipestring to maximize production and allow uniform inflow from each horizontal interval. Design calculation indicates that the big inflow difference from each horizontal interval has been remarkably reduced or even disappeared after optimal design, thus allowing uniform advance of edge/bottom water from each sublayer or horizontal interval to prevent premature coning and delay water breakthrough in edge/bottom water reservoirs.%水平井在开采过程中,由于各水平段的孔渗特性不尽相同,底水极易从高渗透带侵入,使得边底水脊进成为一个普遍的问题.为此,利用电路模拟调节原理,通过对水平井完井管柱上“控制元件”的研究,在尽可能提高各水平段产量的基础上,遵循“均衡”各水平段地层流量的原则,提出了割缝衬管、筛管-盲管组合、节流喷嘴、毛细管等4种均衡流动控制元件及其优化设计方法.实例计算表明,各水平段原本差异较大的地层流入量,在优化设计后其差异显著缩小,甚至几乎没有差异,从而使得各小层或各水平段边底水均匀推进,防止了边底水的提前脊进,大大延缓了边底水油气藏的见水时间.
