针对伊朗北部Azadegan油田地质情况复杂、邻井资料少、上部井段方位易漂移、井眼轨迹不易控制、地质靶区不确定等一系列钻井施工难点,结合该区块AZNN -004井钻井实践,进行了优化钻具组合、轨迹优化设计和预测的研究.利用地质导向技术和摩阻水力分析技术,成功地解决了上述钻井难题,从而大大提高了钻井成功率,降低了成本,对该区块水平井施工具有重要的指导意义.%The Azadegan oilfield in northern Iran has complex geological conditions, limited data of offset wells, and drilling difficulties such as likely azimuth drift in upper hole section, difficult to control wellbore trajectory and uncertain geologic target. The drilling practice of Well AZNN -004 in this oilfield has been employed to optimize BHA and wellbore trajectory. With the help of geosteering technology and friction hydraulic analysis technology, the above drilling difficulties have been overcome, thereby greatly improved drilling success ratio, reduced cost and guided horizontal well drilling operations in this oilfield.
