航天器火工引爆链路系统设计验证方法研究实践

     

摘要

Pyrotechnics link design is an important part in the safety design of spacecraft, it affects the success of the mission directly. It is necessary to carry out the design verification work of the pyrotechnics link in order to ensure that the operation of pyrotechnics is reliable. Firstly, the paper introduces the characteristics of low efficiency and error-prone with traditional design method. Then, The paper puts forward an integrated design verification method in the perspective of spacecraft system, using target-oriented design element recognition method to ensure that all elements are completely omitted. Futhermore, this paper establish a digital simulation model to ensure that data source imported, simulation processed, simulation result exported automatically. Compares with the previous data of the same pyrotechnic to ensure that the problem can be detected timely. The proposed scheme can effectively improve the efficiency and effect of the pyrotechnic link design, and provide reference for the design verification of the spacecraft pyrotechnic link.%火工链路设计是航天器安全设计的重要一环,其设计是否合理、验证是否充分,直接影响飞行任务的成败.为确保航天器火工装置在轨可靠工作,需要开展火工引爆链路设计验证工作.文章首先介绍了传统的火工引爆链路设计方法存在效率低、易出错的特点,然后从航天器系统角度提出了一体化火工引爆链路设计验证方案,使用基于目标导向的设计要素识别方法确保要素全面无遗漏.接着从数据融合角度建立火工引爆链路数字化仿真模型,实现数据源自动导入、仿真过程自动运行、仿真报告自动生成;最后对同一火工装置同一测试状态下的历次数据进行比对分析,确保及时发现问题.该方案可有效提高火工链路设计验证的效率和效果,为航天器火工引爆链路设计验证提供参考.
