嫦娥四号探测器全级次供应商管理实践

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of strong innovation in tasks,multiple product states, brand new development models,and the actual progress of the development work,Chang’e—4 probe conducts full—level suppliers management on the basis of the original management mode,by managing all suppliers at all task—related levels effectively.The proj ect team organize comprehen—sive and detailes statistical analysis and confirmation,meanwhile,take targeted measures accord—ing to the task characteristics.The proj ect team focus on the control of key links,carry out the a—nalysis and evaluation of long—term storage products,and implement powerful management on key single machines and special products to ensure that the product and service of all suppliers meet the task requirements.In this paper, we discuss the practical experience of full—level supplier management for Chang’e—4 probe,hoping to provide some references for other spacecraft development in the future.%嫦娥四号探测器针对任务创新强、产品状态多、研制模式新等特点,结合实际研制进展情况,在原有外协单位管理模式基础之上,采用了全级次供应商管理模式,对任务相关各级次全部供应商进行有效管理.项目团队组织各参研单位开展全面细致的统计、分析与确认工作,同时根据任务特点采取针对性措施,聚焦关键环节控制,开展长期贮存产品的分析与评价,并对重点单机和特殊产品实施重点管理,保证了各级供应商的产品、服务满足任务要求.文章对嫦娥四号探测器全级次供应商管理的实践经验进行了详细探讨,以期为其他航天器相关工作提供参考.
