一种双组元推进系统极性测试方法及应用

摘要

针对航天器推进系统极性测试方法不完善的问题,通过对推进系统极性测试需求的分析,提出了推进系统极性测试确认方法,进而设计了一种双组元推进极性测试系统,并通过地面工艺试验,确定了测试关键参数及采集工装的有效性.该方法已成功应用于航天器测试任务,充分验证了推进极性测试方法及测试系统的正确性、有效性.%The method of polarity test for spacecraft propulsion system is not perfect.By analyzing the requirement of propulsion system polarity test,this paper proposes a method of propulsion system polarity test confirmation,and then designs a bipropellant propulsion polarity test system.Through ground process test,the test key parameters and the validity of the acquisi﹣tion tool are confirmed.The method has been successfully applied to the spacecraft test task, which fully verified the correctness and effectiveness of the propulsion polarity test method and test system.
