为研究行星轮系关节间隙对天线展开过程精度的影响,建立了行星轮系集中参数动力学模型,推导了含齿轮侧隙结构的可展开天线多体系统动力学模型.分别对单行星轮系关节和双关节耦合系统进行仿真分析,结果表明:较小的齿轮侧隙对天线偏移量影响较小,而齿轮侧隙过大会导致齿轮啮合精度及传动效率下降,影响天线指向精度,双行星轮系关节耦合作用也会增大天线指向不稳定性.%In order to study the influence of joint clearance of planetary gear train on the satellite antenna pointing accuracy,the lumped-parameter dynamic model of planetary gear train is estab-lished.Then,the multi-body system dynamic model of floating base satellite antenna with back-lash is derived.The joint coupling system of single planetary gear train and double planetary gear train are simulated,respectively.The results show that the smaller backlash has little influence on the antenna offset.However,the excessive backlash can result in reduction of meshing accura-cy and transmission efficiency,and can affect the pointing accuracy of the antenna.In addition, the joint coupling of double planetary gear system will exacerbate the antenna pointing instability.
