Microbe such as Bacteria, actinomyces and fungi were separated through preliminary screening from the rhizosphere soil of tobacco in Jianshui County and Shiping County. And available microbe such as nitrifying bacteria, decomposing potassium bacteria, were separated to analyze their functions and co-correlation. The results showed that there was significant difference in the microbial number between tobacco regions with using same organic fertilizer, mainly due to different soil microbial population in different regions and long-term different fungicide dosage. However, in the same tobacco region with different organic fertilizer, there is also significant difference in the microbial number, mainly because organic fertilizer with different proportion could improve the growth of microbial population. In addition, the number of Phosphobacteria obviously negatively correlated with the number of fungi.%初步检测了云南省红河州建水县、石屏县烟草种植地土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌等微生物,以及硝化细菌、解钾细菌、解磷细菌等功能有益微生物在数量上的差异和相关性.并对所得结果分析讨论后得出:相同功能有机肥料处理的不同烟区之间在微生物数量上存在较大差异,产生的原因主要是因为土壤微生物类群在不同地域本身存在较大差异以及长期以来两地农药的施用量存在差异;而对同一烟区进行不同处理,微生物数量上也存在较大差异,产生的原因主要是因为施加不同配比的功能有机肥料后对土壤微生物类群生长有一定作用.另外,通过试验还发现解磷(无机磷)细菌数与真菌数存在着显著的负相关关系.
