筛选、发掘抗螟虫种质资源是培育抗虫品种的基础.本试验利用海南螟虫选择压大的自然条件,采用枯心指数法鉴定A232抗螟性.结果表明:A232枯心率为10.82％,极显著低于对照F77.A232枯心指数为36.31％,抗螟性达中抗水平.对该材料的利用进行了讨论.%Screening and exploring the germplasm resources of resistant to stem-borer were a foundation to breed the resistant varieties. Characteristics of resistance to stem-borer of A232 were identified by using the index of dead heart under natural rice fields condition with high selection pressure to stem-borer in Hainan province. The results showed that the dead heart rate of A232 was 10.82 % , significantly less than that of the contrast variety F77. The index of dead heart of A232 was 36.31 % , indicating that A232 reached the medium level of stem-borer resistance. At the same time,the use of tested material were discussed in this paper.
